Born on March 1st 1943 in Basarabeasca, R. Moldova
Graduated from the Chisinau Music Academy "G. Musicescu". Since 1975 he is a soloist at the Chisinau National Opera and Ballet Theatre.
His lyric-dramatic baritone is notable for a beautiful timbre and wide range.
